But they do it all over the country... I think its more arguable when the speeds are lower... i.e. they clocked you at 60 in a 45... a lawyer can rather easily argue that one... But the Vascar systems they use in VA have been said to be rather precise... and those 1/4 mile white strips are RATHER WIDE... kinda hard to miss. They time you from when your front wheel hits the first until it hits the second... or however they want, once you've past the first, until you pass the second, etc... How off could be be? And at 200mph... even if he was off... he'd still be WAY over the limit...
